  • Diagnosed operating system gaps constraining growth at a property development business, now leading design and implementation new a operating system.

  • Facilitated board strategy session for a retail bank incorporating a merger options and major technology investment.

  • Led an organisational review for an education and cultural not-for-profit, identifying structural imbalances and delivering four costed options adopted by the board. 

  • Delivered a 12-month executive coaching program for a national retail health and fitness business, building a senior leaders capability.

  • Initiated a transformation of the commercial and operating activities of the organisation. Led the review of several M&A and divestment opportunities and the creation of new businesses.

  • Secured several multi-million-dollar federal government contracts. $100m P&L accountability for membership, consulting, and commercial business units. Turned around a training and employment business for the mining and oil and gas industries.

  • Worked with major mining, oil and gas, industrial and infrastructure construction projects in Western Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland providing apprenticeship, training, migration, industrial relations, and international trade consulting services.

  • Co-founded an EdTech start-up in partnership with a large public university to help young people access employment and internship opportunities, which was later spun off into private hands.

Bankwest is an Australian bank based in Perth - and a subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank

  • Responsible for all retail branches in Western Australia employing 800 people with sales of $300m in lending and $750m in deposits per quarter. 

  • Re-designed the operating model and developed new store concepts including marketing, new products, waste elimination via process redesign and community engagement.

  • Initiated an enterprise-wide strategy to reinvigorate Bankwest’s performance in its home market successfully retaining the brand in WA following the acquisition by CBA.

  • Integrated all IT, project and change teams impacting ~800 employees, which simplified processes and reduced costs to deliver enterprise-wide change.
