Responsible for all retail branches in Western Australia employing 800 people with sales of $300m in lending and $750m in deposits per quarter.
Re-designed the operating model and developed new store concepts including marketing, new products, waste elimination via process redesign and community engagement.
Initiated an enterprise-wide strategy to reinvigorate Bankwest’s performance in its home market successfully retaining the brand in WA following the acquisition by CBA.
Integrated all IT, project and change teams impacting ~800 employees, which simplified processes and reduced costs to deliver enterprise-wide change.
