Reviewed Bankwest’s positioning in Western Australia against competitor brands. Initiated an enterprise-wide strategy to reinvigorate Bankwest’s performance in its home market successfully retaining the brand in WA following the acquisition by CBA, which required substantial advocacy and securing significant investment in retail branches and products.
